question “Where
Does Change Begins”, forms
the basis of our corporate initiatives.
It also defines how we approach the design and
development of our product and service offerings.
In
any of our intervention we start by finding out “Where
the client is currently?”, “What is the desired future
state”, and identify the “Gaps” so as to customise
solutions according to their real needs. We will then
determine the appropriate transformation or training
program, to facilitate the change process.
At
Training Vision, our
programs and workshops are designed with the Individual,
Team and Organsiation Framework (see diagram on the
right), utilising our dual core competencies of Human
Capital Development and Organisation Development.
We strive to to fulfill a leadership role for
