David Kwee

Founder and CEO / Interim GM COT

A holder of the Masters of Education from the University of Sheffield (UK), David has been in practice for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering real time training and consulting solutions for multinationals and home-grown companies both locally and regionally. He takes an organisation development approach by integrating the knowledge and skills components into the context specific organisational environment. His ability to correlate organisational issues with the culture, structure, systems and strategies brings immeasurable value to the projects he manages. Prior to the training and development industry, David is a sales and marketing management practitioner having spent his earlier years of corporate life in Rank Xerox and American International Assurance.  David sees his leadership of Training Vision as that of enabling it to be the leader in the field Human Capital and Organisation Development in Asia.


John Seow

General Manager; Talent-On-Track cum COO

John Seow has been a human resource practitioner and consultant for the last 20 years. During this period, he was actively involved in the Learning and Development, Organization Development, Human Resource Management functions of various leading multinational corporations.  In his corporate experience, he has been passionately involved in the human capital development of several leading organizations. In particular, he was a pioneering participating industry member that supported the continuous re-training of workers via the Skills Re-development Program in 1999. The company proactively re-developed the older and lesser educated staff so that they can be more employable. Besides that, he has also played a significant role in helping organizations implement and roll-out several learning and change initiatives both in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. John holds a Bachelor of Science (University of Missouri-Columbia) and a MBA (University of Southern Queensland).


John Chia

General Manager; Business-On-Track

John Chia has a wide experience in organizational complexity and effectiveness. He graduated from Leeds University with Honours (2nd Upper) in mechanical engineering in 1981. He spent the next 7 years in a local shipyard involving twenty over departments and multiple project teams working from planning and material control to project management, marketing and senior management. His last assignment took him beyond the shipyard to the arena of strategic planning and research as he worked with an American consulting firm associated with Michael Porter to research on the growth and diversification of the 20 over companies under the Defense Technology group. John’s training experience includes lecturing at Singapore Polytechnic, facilitating of executive group with Leadership Management International and has both extensive training and consulting experiences with diverse organizations like IBM, Yokogawa Engineering, Philips, Chartered Semiconductor, ST Microelectronics etc.


Sheryl Tan

Senior Manager

Sheryl's background in customer service and marketing research with an independent marketing research company and spearheading the marketing research department in a renowned hotel chain brings a strong customer focus perspective in her role as Senior Manager of Marketing. Whilst in the training industry, she has also been involved in training the frontline staff in customer service, communications, teambuilding, supervisory skills etc. Her stint in training combined with her marketing background clearly positions her as an invaluable asset to understand user needs, design creative marketing solutions and set-up a ongoing customer relations management strategy and system.


Jane Ives

Asia / America / Academic Liason

Dr Ives is the American/Asian marketing liaison for Training Vision. She holds a Masters Degree and Ph.D from the London School of Economics, University of London, England. Currently based in Boston, Massachusetts, her network extends to leading Universities and private consulting firms in the US. Dr Ives is a specialist in International Business and a Professor at Northeastern University, University of Massachusetts Boston. Jane has also been involved in corporate training with over 15 years of consulting, corporate development and teaching experience in both the international and domestic marketplaces. Dr Ives is our U.S. representative.
