Employability Skills System (ESS) an initiative introduced by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) to transform the workforce of Singapore. This new initiative aims to enhance the overall skills standards of Singapore workers at three levels: operational, supervisory and managerial. It is a key component of WDA's Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) efforts to enhance the competency of every worker in Singapore.
