Career-On-Track benefits everyone regardless of academic qualifications and how one chooses to progress in his/her career. It gives the individual a platform to acquire new knowledge, upgrade skills and realise one's own potential. It builds on past training and work experience and prepares the individual for the future. It also adds to one's own credentials and enhances employability.

Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) is issued by Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and recognised by employers and institutions in Singapore as an alternative to GCE 'N'level.
