Advanced Diploma in Service Management

Training Vision Institute offers a multi-disciplinary approach to achieving an Advanced Diploma in Service Management. By focusing on developing core competencies in leadership, planning & processes, and people management, the programme aims to equip its learners with skills that prepares them for a supervisory and managerial role in the service industry.

*Duration of 24 months applies for interntional students who require courses for English

  • 2 GCE ‘A’ Level passes including English OR

  • WSQ Diploma in Service Leadership, polytechnic diploma or equivalent OR

  • Candidates ≥ 30 years old with 8 years of people/business
    management work experience OR

  • Candidates with other qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

International students

  • Completed Year 12 or official completion of high school in country of
    origin OR

  • IB Diploma OR

  • Pre-University qualifications OR

  • Other private or foreign qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis


English requirements

  • Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6 in average of Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing scores OR

  • IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (applicable for International students) OR

  • Successfully pass TVI English Admission test

Fees and subsidies

  1. Subsidy is subject to student’s eligibility, pending final notification from SkillsFuture Singapore

  2. Students receiving subsidy are responsible to fulfil attendance and examination requirements

  3. TVI reserves the right to bill the student the full course fee should student fail to be eligible for subsidy

  4. A  non-refundable administration fee of $53.50 (Local Students) / $214.00 (International Students) applies.

  5. All prices include 7% GST

  6. Eligible to use SkillsFuture credits to offset course fees
