Event Sales Officer/ Roadshow Recruitment Officer

The Event Sales Officers/ Roadshow Recruitment Officers are ambassadors of TVI’s lifelong learning spirit. They engage potential learners with excellent service and will assess and recommend courses based on learners’ needs to ensure all our learners will experience a fulfilling and empowering journey with TVI. The incumbent is driven, resilient and always ready to provide excellent service to our clients. This position will represent the core of TVI’s sales function.

Job Description

  • Handle customer enquiries.

  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and sales presentation.

  • Approach potential customers through sales canvassing.

  • Process payment for training registrations.

  • Able to deliver customer-centric services in an outdoor environment that is fast-paced.

  • Coordinate and ensure smooth running for events.

  • Execute event logistics and setups according to agreed timelines.

  • Serve as a sales ambassador for lifelong learning.

  • Working locations will mostly be at North, Central and East Singapore.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least 'O' Level /Diploma and above.

  • Must be bilingual.

  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the Sales Retail/General.

  • Strong in persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Results-oriented & driven by sales target.

  • Competent presentation skill and product pitching.

 

 

Curriculum Development Specialist

The Curriculum Development Specialist conducts research and develops learning materials. The incumbent develops learning resources based on curriculum objectives and the assessment of learning needs. The incumbent also enhances the learner-user experience journey by integrating relevant learning technology and delivering through appropriate learning delivery modes. Additional duties include designing assessment processes, managing accreditation and certification processes and identifying opportunities to enhance curriculum effectiveness. 

 

We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical and aims to drive innovation. The incumbent must be detail-oriented and has excellent critical thinking and research skills. Resourcefulness and collaborative spirit are also essential to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 

 

This position typically works in an office environment and regularly interacts with digital systems.  

Job Description

Design curriculum and learning resources  

  • Engage stakeholders to define needs and curriculum objectives 

  • Design and improve curriculum specifications, learning resources and assessment tasks to ensure constructive alignment to curriculum objectives

  • Define and create engaging user learning journeys through the use of learning technology

  • Evaluate appropriate learning delivery modes to facilitate achievement of positive learning experience 

  • Oversee and manage the courseware development process 

  • Recommend accreditation and certification processes and models based on analysis of curriculum objectives

Evaluate curriculum effectiveness 

  • Conduct feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate curriculum effectiveness 

  • Evaluate curriculum take-up rates, attendance, completion rates and assessment data 

  • Synthesise analysis of learner assessment trends 

  • Oversee implementation of curriculum review processes to assess compliance with the organisation's quality assurance and other related accredited policies and frameworks

  • Evaluate, recommend and prioritise reported curriculum improvement areas based on analysis of learning objectives and  performance standards

 

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in curriculum design and development

  • Must have a WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)*

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
