Module 1: Basic Digital Marketing
Learn to select marketing channel mixes that best satisfy target markets, and find out how to recommend steps to integrate traditional and digital marketing where applicable.
Module 2: Customer Experience Management
Analyse implications of customer profiles and buying patterns on the organisation's marketing strategy, and propose customer engagement initiatives.
Module 3: Search Engine Marketing
Design, analyse, and generate reports for paid search ads optimised for relevant keywords.
Module 4: Social Media Marketing
Evaluate potential and suitable social media marketing opportunities, explore new ways to utilise social media and monitor outcome of social media marketing efforts.
Module 5: Marketing Content Strategy
Determine optimal content styles and frequency of content delivery, and translate content ideas into digital storyboards.
Module 6: Search Engine Optimisation

Mode of delivery
Core knowledge for all modules is delivered via blended learning mode with 24 hours of face-to-face classroom sessions and 16 hours of online learning. Almost all modules will involve learning through projects, which may be on an individual or group basis.
The online learning content is provided by Digital Marketing Institute and prepares the student for the professional certifications.
Highly interactive classroom sessions are facilitated by subject matter experts who are highly qualified with years of domain experience in the world of digital marketing and campaign strategies. These sessions will build the learners’ knowledge and abilities in key areas as defined by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) framework.
