3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes with a pass in English Language at C6, OR
Matured candidates who are at least 30 years of age with 8 years of full-time work experience, OR
Candidates with other qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
GCE ‘O’ Level Language with a minimum grade of C6, OR
WPL Level 6 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores), OR
IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (applicable for International students), OR

Dr. Tan Lay Hong
Dr. Tan Lay Hong graduated from NUS Law Faculty in 1985 with LL.B (Class 2A) and practised in civil litigation. She left practice to start an academic career with NTU, Business School.
She was a tenured Associate Professor at NTU and taught at NTU, Business School for 24 years. She obtained a Ph.D with NUS Law Faculty in 2014. She is a trainer at NUS Law School, Pro bono and Legal Clinic. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and has written 5 books on company law and corporate governance.
Suppiah Thangaveloo is a Consultant with the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, with more than 33 years of litigation experience.
He graduated with a BA Law (Hons)(Manchester)(1981), Degree of Utter Barrister (Gray’s Inn)(1983), Post Graduate Practical Course in Law Board of Education (Singapore)(1984).
Thangaveloo has vast industry experiences internationally such as in countries like Australia, Philippines and Malaysia.
Yang Eu Jin
Yang Eu Jin is Partner and Co-Head of RHTLaw Asia’s Corporate and Capital Markets Practice and Head of the Education Industry Group.
He has covered a wide spectrum of corporate and securities law-related work, with particular expertise in corporate finance and capital markets work. He has advised many local and foreign enterprises seeking to undertake public listings and post-listing corporate action on the SGX.
Key Areas of Expertise: Capital Markets & Corporate Governance
Nandakumar Renganathan is the Deputy Head of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice and one of the founding members of RHTLaw Asia. He is an experienced counsel and has acted for both public listed and private limited companies in commercial claims. Claims handled by Renganathan include contractual claims, shareholder and partnerships disputes, sale of goods, defamation, property dispute, medical negligence intellectual property infringements and sale and purchase of companies.
