Programme structure - 4 Modules
Module 1: E-Citizen Fundamentals
Topic 1: Mobile Learning Fundamentals
This programme is created specifically for any one who would like to understand their smart phone basic functions and the common Apps that makes your daily life productive and fun.
Topic 2: E-Government Services
This programme is created specifically for any one who would need guidance and explanation on using the commonly used Government Apps such as paying personal income tax at IRAS, making nominations online at CPF website and more.
Module 2: Apply Emotional Competence to Manage Self at the Workplace
Adapt the ability to examine own strengths and weaknesses and be able to assess own emotional intelligence in one's dealings and relationships with others in a business context.
Module 3: Maintain Personal Presentation and Employability at Operations Level
This module will teach you how to best present yourself by identifying personal competencies and determine personal career. Learn the skills to select jobs that best match you and prepare for job interviews.
Module 4: Communicate and Relate Effectively at the Workplace
Gain the skills to successfully interpret and analyse information received, respond to information taking into account the background of recipient appropriately. Learn to negotiate for mutually acceptable solutions during conflicts and communicate outcome of negotiation to supervisor with justification.
