Awarded a Master degree in Education from The University of Sheffield (UK), David has been in practice for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering training and consulting solutions for multinationals and home-grown companies. Prior to the training and development industry, David had a successful corporate career in sales and marketing management, working with Rank Xerox and American International Assurance. David is passionate about driving Training Vision to become the leader in the field Human Capital and Organisation Development in Asia.

Sheryl’s background in customer service and marketing research brings a strong customer focus to her role with Training Vision. She has also been involved in training frontline staff in customer service, communications, teambuilding and supervisory skills. This experience has enabled her to gain an excellent understanding of our user needs, while designing creative marketing solutions and setting up an ongoing customer relations management strategy.
Chief Programme Officer, Programme Management Office
Roland Ng is a trained manufacturing engineer specialising in flexible manufacturing system and Kanban system. He is also a chartered engineer and member of the Institute of Engineers Australia and holds a PhD in Education Management. After graduating from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering, Roland started his career as an industrial engineer with Philips Communication in Sydney. After a decade in Australia’s manufacturing industry, Roland expanded his role to focus on international business development with an electronic OEM manufacturing company based in Hong Kong and China from 1994-1997. Since returning to Singapore in 1998, he has been in the education, training and consulting business and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). His current expertise is in international business development in Asia Pacific’s private education industry. Roland is also a strong advocate of the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS), which focuses on value innovation and exploring and creating uncontested and untapped markets.
Chief Business Development Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in business development, franchise management & operations, Ben has held senior leadership positions in established organisations across the education, sports, healthcare and wellness industries.
Notably, he has built and franchised the MindChamps preschool, enrichment and medical group of business from ground zero to main board IPO. His dynamic personality and strong business acumen have enabled him to successfully drive business growth, strengthen operational capabilities and expand the territories of the businesses managed by him.
Ben holds a MBA from Southern Cross University, Australia and was leader trained when he was in the Singapore Commando unit.
In his current role, Ben is responsible for driving the growth of all Training Vision business units and to expand the company's international presence in the Asia region and beyond.
