Why Mid Career Ready?

Training Vision Institute’s Mid Career Ready programme seeks to equip today’s workforce to stay updated with the fast-paced world that we live in today where pervasive digitisation and technological advances require us to have a mindset change in order to transform challenges into opportunities and possibilities.

Without these skills, you won’t be able to expect a fast advance in a smooth career. Working up to a level where one can ride the ups and downs in ever-changing industries means constantly reskilling and upskilling.

Mundane tasks can be seen in the light of more practice to become more skillful and allow us to build-up to the next skill level. Only when we are more skillful, can we be tasked to work on more complex challenges. That is why encouraging the mindset change of embracing lifelong learning, reskilling and upskilling is a revolutionary change.
