Our advisory and updates on COVID-19
Dear students and trainers,
At Training Vision Institute, your safety is our top priority. We value creating a safe and healthy learning environment for our learner/students, staff and trainers. We believe that building such space will help our students steer towards a fruitful learning journey.
The Singapore Government announced on Friday, 3rd of April that all education institutes will be closed from 7th April to 4th May, 2020. In line with this, Training Vision will be using our TVI Online to roll out our Virtual Facilitated Learning for our classes. We have developed TVI Online in the recent year to provide better learning value and experience to our students.
TVI Online is a Learning Management System (LMS) that our students can use It includes video conference and collaboration platforms for an easy learning experience and is virtually facilitated by our trainers/Educators. Students may simply login using their username and password. This platform will allow them to access their learning materials, attend online classes, and talk to their trainers, breakout groups for small group discussions and more.
We will also be implementing the following measures immediately:
Our campuses will be closed starting 7th of April, 2020.
Ongoing classes will wrap up on Monday, 6th of April 2020.
All classes at WSQ Level 4 and above will continue their classes via TVI online. We will be communicating with our students.
New WPL Beginners and SFDW classes originally scheduled to start 6th April onwards will be postponed until further notice as we are still enhancing the e-learning experience for these courses. Our friendly service staff will be on contact with you.
Our home-based staff is available to answer your enquiries from 9 am to 7 pm. For questions about classes, you may also contact: JEM HQ & Campus: +65 6805 8968

We urge you to stay healthy and follow the Government’s advisories. This is the best time to #StayHome and accumulate your knowledge and skills and be ready once COVID-19 is over. Remember to practice good hygiene, and only go out to do essential tasks. Having a sound mind and body will help you stay focus during your home-based learning.
Training Vision Institute believes that together we can get through this challenge. Let’s stay #SGUnited.
